REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order has been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.

  • In such cases, you may refuse to accept the delivery.

2. RETURN POLICY

We offer returns/exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item must have all tags intact

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Items purchased during the sale or discount (if applicable)

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

3. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear images of the product and packaging.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. PRODUCT NOT AS DESCRIBED

  • If the product is significantly different from what was shown on the website, report within 48 hours of delivery.

  • After review, we will approve return or refund accordingly.

5. RETURN PROCESS

  • We will arrange reverse pickup or

  • You may be asked to ship the product to us

Return shipping:

  • Covered by us in case of defective/wrong product

  • Covered by the customer in other cases

6. REFUND POLICY

  • Product is significantly different from description

  • Order cancelled within the allowed time

10. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
