All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volumes, processing may be slightly delayed.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/email with tracking details.
You can track your order through the link provided.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery.
If the order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
